Static Grass: Spring 6mm

Static grass is used in railway modelling and miniature wargaming to create realistic looking grass textures.

It consists of small thread-like particles charged with static electricity, making it stand up when glued to a surface.

Our Exciting Range of Static Grasses

Available in lengths of 1mm, 2mm, 4mm and 6mm:

• 2mm Grass is ideal for application without static applicator. Just sprinkle and done. With an applicator it's a great base grass to work from as your main layer
• 4mm Grass is great for building up length and different tones and heights of grasses
• 6mm Grass is great for detailing grasses for longer areas

For an even more professional finish we recommend the use of an electronic static grass applicator.

Versatile Applications

Luke's Aps Static Grass can be used for a multitude of different effects:

• Placed directly on to a layout to create realistic ground cover
• Detail work and coarser texture flock to replicate weeds or grass
• Applied as foliage to trees and basic shrubs to replicate leaves and foliage (for better effects please see our range of dedicated tree foliage)
• Great when applied over rocky outcrops to replicate scrub land
